Service Description

What to expect The equipment will be delivered, all equipment ready to use, and we will setup the battlefield (Note- this even does not include Nerf Armory trailer, but does come with all other equipment needed). A NERF party host will stay for the duration of the event and help facilitate the Nerf wars. At the end of the 2 hour window, we will collect all the equipment and gear, and breakdown the battlefield. Event agreement and waivers are required to be digitally signed by renter prior to event. What Is Included -Nerf Captain to manage participants for duration of event. -Multiple organized games (Capture the flag, Hunger Games, Mr. President, etc.) -2 pro-grade smoke grenade for us in organized games (additional available for $10 each) -Blasters for 20 participants -Safety glasses, vests, and face coverings for 20 -Pro-grade battle field -Shooting range for practice & fun -Downloadable invitations -All the fun you can pack into 2 hours! -No setup or cleanup by renter, all work done by CLT Nerf Wars! All parties will require a 50% deposit, balance due at the end of the event.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is nonrefundable. In lieu of cancellation, rescheduling can be made up to the day of the event with no penalty, subject to availability on new date.
