Service Description

What to expect The trailer and equipment will be delivered, all equipment ready to use, and we will setup the battlefield. A NERF party host will stay for the duration of the event and help facilitate the Nerf wars. At the end of the 2 hour window, we will collect all the equipment and gear, and breakdown the battlefield and trailer. Event agreement and waiver are required to be digitally signed by the renter prior to the event. What Is Included -Nerf Captain to manage participants for duration of event. -Multiple organized games (Capture the flag, Hunger Games, Mr. President, etc.) -3 pro-grade smoke grenade for us in organized games (additional available for $10 each) -Blasters for 24 participants -Safety glasses, vests, and face coverings for 24 -State of the art Nerf Armory -Premium Pro-grade battle field (bunkers, blinds, etc.) -Shooting range for practice & fun -Downloadable invitations -All the fun you can pack into 2 hours! -No setup or cleanup by renter, all work done by CLT Nerf Wars! All parties will require a 50% deposit when booking. The final amount will be due the day of the party at the completion of the event

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is nonrefundable. In lieu of cancellation, rescheduling can be made up to the day of the event with no penalty, subject to availability on new date.
